This policy is how the desk decides what to publish. It is not legal advice.

Sources

An article that depends on a fact should point at the page the writer opened. A forwarded message, a screenshot with no address, or an AI answer is not a source. It can be a tip.

Original explainers

We would rather explain how to read an official page than rewrite someone else’s news article. Job information, scheme explainers, education guides, digital-service walkthroughs, and local notes are the work we want more of.

The editor assistant

The optional assistant can tighten a headline you wrote, pull a summary from sentences already in the draft, or build an empty scaffold. It is instructed not to invent facts, statistics, quotes, announcements, sources, or dates. A scaffold stays a draft until a person deletes it and publishes. The assistant has no publish button.

Sponsored stories

A sponsored article is labelled Sponsored on the card and at the top of the story. Advertisements, when the newsroom turns them on, sit in marked slots and are labelled Advertisement.

Corrections

If a sentence is wrong, email info@shardaitservices.com with the article link and the official page you are comparing. We correct the line and show the updated date. We do not pretend the first version was right.
