How a shop can answer an online enquiry
Reply with what you offer, what you need from the customer, and when you can do it. Leave out pressure and leave out details you have not agreed.
An online shop enquiry is a person who does not yet know if you can help. The reply should make that obvious.
A plain reply
Say yes or no. If yes, say what you need: a photo of the item, a measurement, the area for a visit. Say when you can respond next. If you are closed, say the next open day. This is the same information you would give across the counter.
What not to add
Do not paste another customer’s photo as proof. Do not promise a time you cannot keep. If the enquiry came through Sharda Dukaan, the conversation can continue on your own WhatsApp, which is the point of putting your number on the listing.

Questions this article answers
What belongs in the first reply?
Whether you do that work, what you need to see, and the next time you can look at it.
Should I ask for an advance immediately?
Only after the customer knows the work and you can say what the advance is for. A receipt still matters.
